I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for almost a year now in a US company. My job mainly focuses on customer service and sales. Doing inbound and outbound calls for appointment booking, client inquiries, and complaints. Doing sales by upselling membership, promoting products, and other services. Apart from that I also do some admin tasks in between like, basic graphic design using Canva, text campaign using Salon Cloud, and email marketing using Constant Contact.
