I can do any administrative task as a Virtual Assistant, like email handling, customer support, research, data entry, creation of any kinds of reports via MS Word, Excel or Power Point Presentation. I can also handle social media platforms for scheduling and content creation. I'm very much familiar with Canva and tools/sites on where I can get free yet wonderful layouts for instagram and Facebook posts. I'v been with the BPO industry for 6 years and handled Customer Service, Email, Project Management, Collections, Sales and Payroll &Taxation for Canada. I was a CPA passer for Canada. I also held roles such as Subject Matter Expert and Team Manager that's why I'm great with any tasks specially with multi-tasking. I'm very much open for new learning, feedback and suggestions.
