For over five years, I worked in the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. With my experience, I believe I honed my skills in dealing with clients, customers and the likes, when it comes to answering basic inquiries, solving problems and issues ( which includes basic technicalities),and delivering solutions and results at the end of the day. Having been able to do my responsibilities both voice and non-voice accounts, I have mastered and gained expertise on how to deal with clients and their respective concerns. I am new to being a Virtual Assistant but I am very willing to go the extra mile to excel in this line of job, aiming to be the best one there is.
