Currently, I am a full time employee in a BPO Company - Concentrix for 2 years and counting under the Healthcare program servicing clients in United States. I was a Customer Service Advisor for the first 6 months, elevated to Senior Service Advisor on the 7th and got my promotion as a Product Trainer on my 12th month and counting.
