I’m currently working as a real estate virtual assistant part time for 3 hours a day. My daily tasks is to look for properties for rent of for sale properties. I list all of it then put it on my clients’ database. I have my work station set-up at home, I also have 50 Mbps internet speed connection so I’m ready to begin work as your virtual assistant as soon as possible. I have spent the past 4 years doing sorting, number crunching and data base management for my company, and I am keen to continue developing my career in the field of data analysis. I have always been a numbers person, with exceptional mathematics and computer skills. I acquired my skills on typing; I can type 140 words per minute with 100 percent accuracy. I was certified with MS office productivity as well. As much as I`m into data manipulation, It`s the analysis of data that really gets me going.On a personal level, I am detail-oriented, organized, and precise in my work; the only thing cleaner than my room are my spreadsheets. I`m comfortable on my own facing the numbers, but I really enjoy being part of a motivated team of smart people. I love to learn new set of skills while utilizing my area of expertise; I am a person who easily learns and very hard working one. Flexibility-wise, I was able to adjust on the changes and tasks that I was assigned to. If we have overtime, you can always count me in.
