I used to work in a graveyard shift as a customer service representative in one of the biggest BPO company here in the Philippines, AT&T in particular was my account. Way back then, my tasks were to accept calls from customers, assist them on their needs and concerns. And give them good costumer service. I resigned on my job as CSR and chose to work in a regular time. Currently, I am a personal secretary of a contractor business man. My daily task is to arrange his schedules, manage his emails, list down minutes whenever my boss has a meeting, pay his bills, doing online research and even meeting up with some of his clients in his absence. I also do purchasing. Right now, what I love about my job is that I work in daytime. But sad to say, I am not well compensated. That's why I am looking for a part time job to earn more. I am willing to be trained and work at night time, tho. And I am even more willing to do my task as a Virtual Assistant at home.
