  • Three (3) years experience in sales telecommunication and computer troubleshooting.
  • Eight (8)  years experience in customer service.
  • Two (2) years experience in food and beverage industry.
  • Working knowledge of various computer packages and programs (i.e. Slack, Trello, Guesty, SalesForce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Sage CRM, Internet and oracle base software). 
  • Good organizational skills (with specific attention to detail). Persistent and thorough in all tasks undertaken. 
  • With high standard of English; verbal, written and comprehension.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects from conception to completion. Result oriented and has a working discipline to achieve goals without compromising quality.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
