I’ve been working as a Customer Representative for 4 years, my 4 experience in a high-pressured environment have taught me attention to detail and speaking to irate customers has taught me to be patient. I’ve studied the basic Virtual Assistant skills, I even paid to take a detailed course so that I could master it. I can dedicate 8 hours a day to this job, I have been working a shifting schedule.
