I have worked in the Food and Beverage Industry for 9 years before jumping into freelancing, ultimately gaining skills in sales, customer relation services, human resources practices, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff and other administrative work such as producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Develop and maintain a filing system, data encoding, copy/paste work, answering telephone calls, reply to an email, making sales reports and preparing payroll. Currently, I am working as a freelance Virtual Assistant. I underwent training at the Virtual Workforce Professionals Academy to be equipped with more knowledge and skills. My previous experiences also helped me. I am able to do data entry, email handling and calendar management, live chat support, social media management, and marketing and administrative assistance.
