I have almost 7 years’ experience as B2B Representative with Merchant Services account on a Home base setting. Out of those years, I became a supervisor for 3 years in a Home based Call Center. I operated and performed a light variety of administrative tasks, accurate record keeping, both manually and computerized and single proprietorship for my Home based Call Center business where I have gained skills, knowledge and experiences in building the growth of the company I was into which I have used to assist customers in an organized, professional and ethical manner. After that, I have been a customer service representative for almost 3 years, handled all AT&T Accounts, and well experienced when it comes to handling requests, complaints, queries and Billing information at a timely and professional manner. I have been working directly to different clients remotely through google sheets. I have also experience when it comes to collecting data online such as Company Name, Address, Phone number, Fax Number, Email and website.
