Accommodate clients need with their project requirements
Source venue within clients requirement and given budget
Submit cost estimates with vebues according to clients specification
Administrative works as paperworks, compiling and sorting information for client
Negotitate venues
Attends meeting for alignment requirement of client
Arrange and book hotel/room accommodation, flights and transportation
Assists on the day event specifically with the banquet set-up, room assignment, and transportation
Other duties as necessary
