I have supported a credit repair company in the US. I onboard customers with the next steps of their credit report dispute. My role includes sending letters to the Credit Bureau, email support, and sometimes social media management. I also did data entry for an online and mobile food ordering app company in the US. My role is to update restaurant menus with its menu list, price, and descriptions. Then upload it to the system so that the online menu will updated as well.
