I graduated with a degree in Business Administration major in Entrepreneurial Management at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities last 2017 and started working as a Call Center Representative for companies based in the Philippines catering to US-based clients. This helps me improve my English communication skills (both spoken and written) because it requires speaking with different clients every single day. I also learn and master how to use different tools like Microsoft Office, Google Application, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Avaya, and many more. With over three years in the Business Process and Outsourcing Industry, I improved my multi-tasking skills by working with multiple tools and communicating all at the same time. Right now, I am transitioning into becoming a full-time freelancer. My job depends on my client's needs or what they do for a living. This includes photo and video editing, Microsoft Office (Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook), Google-based applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides) Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok), Web Research and Data Entry. What I loved about freelancing is that it gives my client and me the freedom to work at our own pace but still meeting deadlines. I can do my task at the convenience of our house or even while traveling.
