Most of my job was: Greet and welcome guests. Answer questions and address complaints. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. My role as an administrative assistant was, handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience. In my last job, I was a data entry timekeeper. As a Data Encoder, I encode all data that needs organizing, prepare documents, and take on added duties as needed. My main role as a timekeeper was to maintain timesheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the computer. I also verify attendance hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours. I'm a hard-working person, detail-oriented, and always check my work carefully. I am driven by deadlines conscientious and outgoing. I can undergo training and I am a fast learner. Going above and beyond to ensure that projects are completed on time. I’m willing to work and I want to learn new skills. I would love to bring my skills and a positive attitude to work with you.
