I have more than 5 years work experience as customer service representative in the call center industry. I handled both billing and technical accounts with one of the largest Internet, Cable, and Telephone providers in the United States. My most previous job was working as a virtual assistant in a technology-based company based in Reno, NV. The company was like a middleman offering to potential clients what time of internet and telephone service is suitable or available at their business address. My job as a VA is to answer inquiries over the phone, email, and chat. I am also responsible contacting carrier or partner agents for quotations, installation schedule and ordering phones(VoIP)from the supplier. I was also expected to update our CRM and arrange the VoIP phone tree/set-up prior to submitting to the vendor. I have also handled Account Receivables, Account Payables and billing concerns of the company. I am familiar with Xero but more proficient in using Freshbooks.
