I'm Maryann Pagilagan, a graduate of Bachelor of Accountancy at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I also have undergone some training of American Accent and Finishing Course for Call Center Agents. At present I just finished an on line job as a Real Estate Assistant for a Realty Company based in Baltimore City, Maryland, U.S.A. My everyday tasks include answering incoming calls and getting information from voice mails as well as call our clients to follow up prospective clients. I also do postings for Craigslist and Backpages and receiving inquiries from all of the postings I made. I also handles the listings of the company's List of Buyers, Sellers and Contacts so I have to do some Broadcasting of Emails by the help of Freedomsoft. Now, Im starting to do postings for Postlets as well. I can also pull comps using the Freedomsoft and look for Real Estate for sale from Craigslist. I usually look for motivated sellers by clicking on Real Estate for Sale and then put the criteria. The first thing that I do is send emails to those who just have divorce, moving out of state, member of family died or which said must sell asap. I call the owner if its an FSBO for sale by owner to make sure that it is still available for sale. That's the usual tasks that I do however, my employer is seriously ill so work so the company has to stop. I am very confident I can do this job post very well. I am very familiar with podio, as well as do skip tracing since there are times when I search potential properties but listed with an agent or companies so I usually search for the owners of the properties, mailing address of the owner so I can search their best contact number as well as email address by using the whitepages, intelius.com and spokeo.com giving me the chance to buy the properties for the lowest price possible directly from the owners. I am so familiar with Real Estate in the U S since I worked for more than three years already for many Real Estate companies from different states in U S. My expertise is to look for leads.The most important thing is to search leads from different web sites Also if the company is looking to buy single family, multi-family, duplex, triplex, condos, town home, etc. Its very important that I should know the status of each of the leads and follow up with each sellers. To get new leads I will make sure I am familiar with the criteria that we are looking for like what particular city, county or zip code. The asking price is also important as well as qualify each lead with regards to how motivated each sellers are to sell their properties. There are many sites to search for good leads like craigslist and backpage. In addition to that I will search from www.owners.com, www.forsalebyowner.com. www.oodle.com, www.zlllow.comwww.Fizber.com, www.ForSaleByOwnerNetwork.com, www.FSBO-Home.com, and many other web sites..
