I have worked in the BPO Industry for 5+ years. I have handled telco and retail accounts as customer service, technical support, and sales representative. My responsibility is to make sure that the reason for the call of the customers is resolved and to sell a product at the same time. I have been working remotely for almost 2 years now. I started as a relationship manager where I get to onboard clients, walk them through on how to send their delegations to their assistants, handled escalation on the back end and overall is to make sure that they are satisfied and would utilize their assistant more! After a few months, I became a reviewer (Quality Analyst) and became the hiring associate.
