I am currently a senior technical and escalation support for one of the worlds leading consumer electronic and computer brand. That being said, I always work with different people across Asia Pacific and sometime globally. I am easy to deal with and knows how to adjust on circumstances. With my job, I normally deal with applications that are commonly use such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Calendars, eMails, etc. I am also open for learning. If I am not familiar with things, I make it a point to search about it and learn it.
