Making daily reports and analyze changes, keen attention to details, the courage to say "YES" to new challenges, a great problem solver and quick thinker, resourcefulness, results-oriented and a team player are just some of the skills I honed during my 3-years stay in the BPO industry plus the tools and skills I learned from my online Virtual Assistant course.
