I am working as Executive Secretary in Shipping Line Industry. As an executive secretary I am the one responsible in communicating with people, such as our clients, other employees and even our Branch Managers. I am the one responsible in doing reports, dealing with branch managers when it comes to their concerns, monitoring the company's revenue and even all the expenses. In other words, I am the one responsible even in the most confidential files.
