As a customer service agent for 15 years, I was either replying to emails or taking calls from many different countries such as the United States, Latin America, Spain, UK, NZ and Australia. Aside from that, I did back office job for the mentioned countries which are either technical or financial in nature. I've undergone and passed the English accent training and grammar. I studied Spanish (Castellano) and reached Advanced Level (13). I earned a B1 Diploma in Spanish.
