Hi, I am Imarie. I've been in the BPO industry for 10 years handling both inbound and outbound international accounts. Most accounts I've handled were telecommunication accounts, financial, and business to business. I also worked as an appointment setter for B2B (business to business) campaign. I could say that being a customer service representative is my forte. Now, I am looking for a part-time home-based job that could best fit my knowledge and experiences. I am a fast learner that handles minimal supervision. I am working full time right now but I'm looking for a part-time job to sustain my family's daily needs esp. this time of the pandemic.
