Developed my skills in communication, and organization in the customer service industry for over 4 years and it has allowed me to be a well-rounded individual. Able to adapt to many situations and able to build relationships while being a team player. Excellent at delegating tasks, but helping teams work together effectively doesn't just require me to be good at delegating — it requires me to be self-motivated, results-oriented, well organized, accountable, and a quick learner.
