Over the years, I’ve handled different tasks and assignments using various platforms such as phone, email, chat, and social media. I worked as customer support for Amazon.com. I also became a billing analyst for Verizon. My experience also includes working as technical support for AT&T Uverse. I also had a chance to become a healthcare associate for Cigna Healthcare. One of the highlights of my career working in the BPO industry is having a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work abroad as a versatile Customer Service Representative for the largest telecommunications company in UAE. I am currently part of the specialized team working with content creators to grow and maintain their channels. I can be your versatile Virtual Assistant.  I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, Generating and Organizing Leads, Keyword Research with the use of Google AdWords, and have Excellent English Language Comprehension. 


Also, I can also do  basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. 


Lastly, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English with (12) years of actual experience in the field of Customer Service, Collections, Retention, Technical Support, Billing, Upselling, Content Creator Support, and many more. I am a team player, hardworking, fast learner, exciting to work with, passionate, and eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in English.
