I do product researching, purchasing, confirming shipment and sometimes answering buyer messages. I have been doing this for over a year now. Products searching was my very task. Basically purchasing is only making sure that everything is encoded correctly and of course you always have to make sure that you are ordering the correct item and quantity of that specific order. Confirming shipment is the easiest task for me I must say. Because you only need to track the order on either the supplier’s website or on the email. I also have broad knowledge about managing inventory from pricing to stocks. A year of experience as Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Representative made myself brave enough to apply.
