I have 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and 3 years of experience as a Dance Studio Administrator. During my 2 years as a CSR, I handled escalation and retention calls for mobility clients in Canada. This included basic technical support for some care agents, some sales talk to keep and gain new clients, and basically making sure that our customers' concerns were all properly resolved. As a Dance Studio Administrator, I had several responsibilities in making sure the studio operated smoothly.
