I am a versatile and experienced administrator with many years of experience in helping the development of companies. Currently, I am working alongside two companies to help build and establish them as start-ups. I am dedicated to ensuring all tasks are completed professionally. My previous experience in administration gives me all the knowledge needed to fulfil a wide range of tasks, whether that is using Microsoft Office programmes or Photoshop to create a Poster/ Advertisement. My innovative and excellent skills will help me grasp any project or task that is given to me. I have excellent skills in all Microsoft Office Programmes, I have also previously created and edited Curriculum Vitae's as a profession. I also freelance for a Theatre, I provide regular updates for their website, as well as create all of their marketing tools for the shows. As well as this I research everything that needs to be researched for the Managing Director. I have previously organised a Portuguese Street Market Event, which turned into a very big event in London. I had collectively organised the various sponsors that were needed in order for the event to go ahead. I had contacted the Portuguese Community in London to gather individuals who were interested in marketing their homemade Portuguese items. I had also contacted a Portuguese Dance Group and Musicians to sing and dance at the event. Researching and administrative tasks are my strongest attributes. I have previously helped a sole trader open a restaurant in London. My role was as an Office Manager this involved contacting suppliers to get the premises up and running, I had to get the best deals for the Owner of the restaurant. This meant I had to stick to a budget. I was also in charge of negotiating rate with the council and food suppliers. Further more using a Online Website design tool I created the website. I also designed the menu for the restaurant. As the restaurant grew I became in charge of the general admin such as invoicing, paying invoices and bills. As well as expanding the business, this included creating the restaurant into a take-away sensation.
