I am an enthusiastic and focus person with a 3-year experience in Call center industry. I handled calls that needed assistance in operating devices, sending signals and billing inquiries. I am a Graduate of Information Technology in one of the best Universities in the Philippines so I am equipped in using computers. I have knowledge as well in using MS Office and other computer applications. I worked in an Office for 4 years as a student assistant in my University so It gave me an experience on how to treat the customer properly and at the same time, how to help them with a great satisfaction result. I am a person that is willing to learn new things and up for more new training if ever I need one. I am also managing a social media account (Instagram) that consist of lifestyle and travel photos with more than the average number of followers. I used to promote brands as well on my account mostly about fashion and skincare products. My time is open so I can accept jobs anytime.
