I am a virtual assistant who has over seven years of customer service, administrative and medical experience. In customer service I have worked everything from entry level to customer service manager. Every job I have ever had involved customer service in one way or another. In the medical field I have worked as a certified nursing assistant, office manager, scheduler and virtual scribe. I plan to also continue my studies in holistic medicine. For administrative duties I have performed almost every general administrative task out there, I have also been an office manger twice which means overseeing other administrative support staff as well as implementing new ways of doing tasks.
