I have much experience as a virtual assistant. I have many years of experience as a programmer/operations hybrid. This has always involved much of the laying out of workflow and working in different departments (finance industry) to actually do the work before flowing out the department, documenting, and automating. At this point, the virtual assistant role works in that I am able to better understand the needs of the person I am working for. I am always happy to virtually assist...making sure that all of the little things get done so that you can complete the bigger things.
