I have over 10 years experience in the customer service area and have worked as a personal assistant both virtually and in person. My most recent clients duties consists of ghost writing blog posts and posting them on his blog site and various social media accounts as well as researching information for proposals and articles. I have also successfully handled the closing of an estate as well as working for a real estate agency and assisting with marketing their properties as well as themselves. In doing so, I created email blasts, mass mailings, flyers, and postcards. I also assisted with other office duties that included, but not limited to, answering e-mails, forwarding voicemail via e-mail, AP/AR, and other office duties as required.
