While working for a well known university, I managed a million dollar+ budget coordinating an annual week long conference with 10,000+ attendees. My experience includes some graphic design but primarily business correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, purchase orders, requisitions, appointment setting and management. I digitized an office where everything was documented on paper. I had regular staff to manage as well as a large number of volunteer staff. I have experience with data entry, inbound and outbound call center duties as well as training experience. I am able to create reports and presentations and have excellent customer service skills. I am very familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. I have worked in the Short Term Disability field as well as Mental Health and Pharmacy areas. I am currently a nationally certified pharmacy technician.
