My Duties As A General Virtual Assistant: 

  • Appointment Settings. Meeting Scheduling. 
  •  Email Management. 
  • Time Management. 
  • Social Media Management. 
  • Planning and Organizing Tasks. 
  • Lead Generation. 


My Duties as A Customer Support: 

  • Effective Phone, Chat, and Email Support. 
  • Troubleshooting. Answering Product Questions. 
  • Customer Relationship Management. 
  • Ticket management.
