My first job was working for an Internet cafe for four years it's basically a computer rentals which offer network and online gaming, printing and scanning services. I enhanced my skill through data entry, assisting customers with their inquiries, network administration and lastly troubleshooting of hardware and software make sure that all computers are properly working before they can be use.After that, I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for a domain registration company which i assist customers with their product and services such as web site troubleshooting, email setup and domain inquiries.I've also worked for a telecommunication company which handles in disconnecting internet circuits and make sure that all customers request are fully accomplished in proper time and manner.
