I possess experience in Employee Development, Curriculum Developmet and Course Design. I developed curriculum for senior managers and individual contributors within my organization. I have also created three courses to include: Course Objectives, Competencies and remaining content.
Currently run my own small business: Resume Writing, Presentation Design, Web Design and am developing a course curriculum for a developing non-profit organization. I possess several years of experience in the areas of Management, Team Leadership, Employee Development and Strategic Planning. My experience within the training organization has been very diverse, and I have had opportunities to fill the roles of Manager, Instructional Designer, Program Manager and Systems Business Analyst. In my current role I manage 11 exempt salaried employees, and 1 non-exempt hourly employee. My team is responsible for ensuring all Fab 12 factory technicians receive quality operations and equipment training to ensu
