- Plan and manage meetings, trade shows, events and seminars from inception to completion.
- Responsible for site research and selection including meeting space, sleeping rooms, negotiating hotel and vendor contracts, managing
attendee registration, advising meeting room setup, food and beverage planning, audio visual, coordinating ground transportation for
attendees, transporting trade show booths, arranging for credentials and lead retrieval machines, electrical requirements, timeline
management, coordinate on/off site special events, recreation and on-site management.
