I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, and Outlook. I also proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a specialty in writing from the University of Baltimore. I also have an MBA from the University of Maryland University College (now the University of Maryland Global College).
