I am very capable of doing a variety of tasks. I have been working as a virtual assistant for more than six years, and I have over a decade of work experience. I learn very easily and require very little to no supervision. I am available throughout the shift for additional work and prefer using the capture screen method as proof that tasks are being completely exclusively during clocked time. My strength is in customer service related field. I enjoy working with people. I am especially good at customer and staff retention, troubleshooting and effectively handling complaints. I have attended various seminars and classes pertaining to customer service, phone etiquette, management, real estate and computer related courses. My strengths are in these skills. These are the positions in which I excel; therefore, I tend to chose positions in or related to these fields. I need very little training and no supervision.
