I am a very hard, loyal worker. I have excellent customer service skills and I am very comfortable using a computer. I like to do things right and on time. I take pride in my work. I am looking for a way to apply my knowledge while challenging myself.  I am a quick learner and a perfectionist.  My strengths are in data entry and creating Excel spreadsheets. . For the last three years, I have worked as a phone and email customer service reps, have met all the units per hour email metrics as well as the average handle time for calls. I have constantly maintained quality assurance metrics with my excellent customer service skills, both written and oral. I have also been called upon to train new employees in a virtual class environment. I type 75 words per minute and 10,052 keystrokes per hour.
