Working for Thomson West, I created a Mentor Program to assist new sales representatives achieve the sales goals set forth by the corporation. Placing new sales representatives with seasoned professionals proved to be very successful as the turnover rate of sales representatives decreased by 35%-40%. The Southwest Division trailblazed the way for the corporation to review and exam its success. Working for the military, I streamlined the communication factor for contractors working with civilians and soldiers. Main communication form was in the process of transporting Soldiers from one location on post to another location on post and within the community for various doctors appointments and reviews.
