As a Virtual Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant, I provide high-quality back-office support to businesses, and as a Bookkeeper, I ensure that your business keeps its finances in check with the day-to-day transactional tasks since poor bookkeeping can have serious negative effects on your business. 

I am a native Italian speaker with excellent English verbal and written communication skills, I have over 20 years of experience within highly respected multinational companies such as Kimberly Clark, Trend (Honeywell), HSBC, Amex and Lloyds bank to mention a few. I am known for achieving results within a short time frame and I take much pride in my work and always strive for superb client satisfaction.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

âž  Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance for SMEs

➠ Remote Purchase and Sales ledgers management and Credit Control (understanding of litigation and factoring processes) – Xero certified but capable with other systems

âž  Bank and credit card statements reconciliations (A solid knowledge of reconciliation and investigating  unexplained transactions)

âž  Assisting the company's Financial Controller/Accountant with ad-hoc tasks.

âž  Processing expenses, bills, invoices, purchase orders and banking transactions

âž  Sending payment reminders and following up with customers by phone

âž  CRM records maintenance and setup

âž  Supplier sourcing & research

âž  Ongoing and ad-hoc Admin support

âž  BESPOKE National & International Customer/Supplier Account Management

âž  Working across international time zones and communicating effectively with people from all cultures and backgrounds.
