I worked in the business sector for over 25 years, starting with our family-owned liquor store and market where I quickly learned the importance of great customer service and customer retention management. I believe it to be the core of a successful business. The industries I have experience in include, but not limited to retail, insurance services, coffee, tea, spices and supplies, dining, childhood development and education, income tax preparation and portfolios, aerospace inspection, research and recruitment, physical fitness, internet service provider, website design, hospice, powder coating, home mortgage, and private investigations. I became physically disabled in 2002. I needed to stop working onsite in 2004. Since then I have been able to expand JLW Support Services primarily supporting businesses virtually and remotely by data entry and conducting telephone and web research, evaluations, employee integrity audits, and property condition inspections. I am available to work remotely 10-30 hours per week, per hour or project, afternoons, evenings, and late evenings. All is negotiable.
