my name is Cristiana and I am Italian native speaker and bilingual (Italian / English) virtual assistant and a full-time freelance translator, a social media and search engine evaluator for some international companies and virtual online office assistant. I have lived for several years abroad where I have worked as Business Support and customer service coordinator for an international USA company dealing in particular with the Italian and English market.I have worked for many companies where I developed and carried out data entry and clients’ data entry projects, as well as products data entry and excel sheets developments. I have been working online for a relevant German company associated with a large European supermarket chain as virtual customer service support, assisting clients by mail and on phone with their queries and issues, receiving incoming calls from them, responding them by mail or telephone, generating and dealing with their sales order or claim's tickets and supporting them in their order or order's tracking. I have been working also for an European online platform dealing with petsitting network, dealing with client’s requests and claims, assisting them online and by mail in their orders and issue and offering a professional customer care service. I have been also dealing with the company’s Italian Facebook and other social media page and pages translations. The software I make use of is Zendeszk, Slack for chat, Trello and other specific ones. I have worked for tour operators, maritime tourist agencies and for an international car-rental company as customer service assistant, supporting clients in their car rental queries for vacation and holidays.
