I am a Virtual Assistant aiming to support individuals to be more successful and firms to grow.


I have been assisting businesses online, remotely since 2013 by entering data in different databases or MS/Google documents, preparing and sending Invoices and reports, doing light bookkeeping, updating websites for them (WordPress and Squarespace), hiring and onboarding freelancers/employees, handling emails and much more.
 

Working virtually on the Executive Admin Assistant position I have organized business Google Drive, as well as an email Inbox for one of my clients using tags, folders, and sub-folders and have answered emails on his behalf. It has made his everyday business activities easier.


Before freelancing, I owned small service for 1 year and worked in telecommunications (Telenor Serbia with revenue of €394.49 million in 2017) for 8 years (4 years in the position of Expert team officer (Technical support 2nd line of 3), 3 years in the position of GPRS support officer (Technical support 1st line)) and 1 year in the position of Call Center Representative).
