I keep you motivated by accountability. Either by email or call or both. You send your goals on Monday with what day each goal will be accomplished. At the end of the day, you send an email with a summary of the day and your accomplishments. For some clients, we talk once a week about the goals and we discuss what worked? What did t? Why you didn't accomplish specific goals and any changes needed to be made. We also add in some happiness habits to help your overall happiness and well being.
