Attending all calls re-routed from Provider office phone lines
• Assist patients in appointment/scheduling/urgent appointments
• Refills requests to be sent to providers
• Address patient's queries and if needed seek help from front desk staff/manager/providers
• Call back to patients as needed
• Eligibility verification for upcoming patient appointments
• Reminder calls/texts to the patients
• Upload/update lab results into patient charts
• Any other needs requested by Connecticut Addiction Medicine and mutually agreed upon
by both parties.
• Provide answering service during after-hours and weekends
