People Related Duties
- Work closely and transparently with external or internal HR partner & management to cultivate and uphold company culture as a first line contact person with the team members
- Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations for the employee on a day-to-day basis. Includes coordinating team activities, means, transport
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Facilitate company meetings, retreats, social engagements
- To obtain quotes for goods and services, including travel in accordance with financial procedures
- Ensure office order, cleanliness & hygiene through the cleaning and operations personnel and facility/building management
Customer & Market related Duties
- Act as the main contact for Client facing issues such as management of contractual documents, financial documents, packaging and release of periodic statements among others
- Help with business development by curating specific customer leads database on the CRM system
- Assist with customer feedback collection through periodic surveys, testimonials, satisfaction indexes among others
- Drive the brand by working with social media partners to drive content aggregation, attending customer engagements that drive brand recognition
