i would like someone who can develop a PCMS (visual construction simulation system and real time location system) for the safety of workers. the system should be able to solve; 1. falling from heights 2.striking against or being struck by moving objects, 3. being struck by moving vehicles. (forexample PCMS can assist on-site workers in detecting the above dangers and provide proactive time warnings to them by sounding alarms and location tags fixed on their helments. thereby preventing fatal accidents often caused by falling from heights and being struck by moving objects.)
