• Planning project activities such as scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management, implementing project plans within pre-set budgets 
• As a solution architect my role to re- design the data model and build the new visualization which help management to take the decision in better way
• Monitoring onshore & offshore delivery management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects understanding client needs & requirements and expectations deriving solutions accordingly
• Work closely with Swedish higher management like CTO , CIO and CFO, develop the management dashboard so that they can take the right decision for company welfare.
• Manage various agile projects. directing all aspects of Agile Scrum Framework encompassing release planning sessions, sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
• Chairing working sessions on requirement gathering, creating wire- frames and socializing outcomes with various stakeholders / Lines of Business 
• Rebuild the visualization and analysis by creating the KPIs as per the business need 
• Provide to external customers access to a provide real-time dashboards with key performance indicators
