I'm an undergraduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - majoring in Computer Management and Accounting (BSBA-CMA) from Ateneo de Naga University. I have more than 10 years of working experience in various call center companies where I handled different roles like Customer Care Associate, Technical Support, and Sales Representative, both VOICE and CHAT.
